Human Rights Day is celebrated every year on December 10. Today, we celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, signed, on this date, in 1948. The very first article of the convention states that “All human beings are born free and equal, in dignity and rights”. So how does Malta fare?
