Tropical Storm «Inday» remained almost stationaryon Thursdaymorning, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Inday was last spotted 840 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes. It packed maximum sustained winds of 64 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 80kph. Pagasa said the tropical storm will not hit land and might be out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Saturday.
