DAVAO CITY --- The Davao City Police Office headquarters was rocked by an explosion shortly before noon on Black Saturday, officials said. Police Captain Ma. Teresita Gaspan, Davao City Police Office spokesperson, confirmed that a blast has occurred inside Camp Domingo Leonor along San Pedro Street at past 11 a.m. Gaspan told the Inquirer by phone that an investigation was underway to determine what caused the explosion and that they would be issuing a report shortly.
