WASHINGTON, DC -- The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia, the Pacific and Nonproliferation will hold a hearing on the human rights situation in the Philippines on Thursday, July 25. The hearing will cover three other countries in Southeast Asia in addition to the Philippines-- Vietnam, Cambodia and Rohingya, Committee Chair Rep. Brad Sherman announced Thursday, July 18.
