Winnipeg Jets sign Altona’s Cole Kehler to be full-time EBUG
Full story
The Winnipeg Jets have signed Cole Kehler from Altona as their full-time emergency backup goalie. Kehler will travel with the team for every game this season, a new league requirement. The move gives the Jets a familiar face in the net if a regular goalie goes down.
Cole Kehler will be the Winnipeg Jets emergency backup goalie for the upcoming season as each team must now designate an EBUG who travels with the club for all games.
