Full story
Ukraine and Russia agreed to a local ceasefire for the city of Oleschki. The truce will last several days to allow for evacuations and the delivery of aid. The frontline city has been blocked for months due to the war. Residents face acute shortages of medicine and food. The city currently lacks electricity, gas, and running water.
