ATP reported that its investment returns for 2026 have virtually disappeared. The director explained that rising interest rates hurt the fund’s performance in the third quarter. The adverse effect on returns was attributed mainly to the higher cost of borrowing. As a result, the pension fund’s earnings have sharply declined.
