A new biography by Kai Bird examines the life of Roy Cohn, who served as a mentor and fixer for Donald Trump. Erik Åsard describes the book as vivid and cohesive. The text paints a dark picture of Cohn, describing him as arrogant and shameless. He is also characterized as mean, vengeful, and opportunistic. The biography reinforces his reputation as a villain.
