The Guyana Amazon Warriors stayed alive in the playoff race with a 25-run defeat of the Trinbago Knight Riders in the 2026 Limacol WCPL. Shermaine Campbell did the heavy lifting with the bat, setting a target the bowlers could defend. Shabnim Ismail then fronted the bowling attack, and Shamillia Connell made key inroads to stall the chase. The Knight Riders fell well short in their reply. The result keeps every side in the tournament in contention for this year's title. Playoff positioning now depends on the remaining fixtures. For the Warriors, the win offers a timely lift in their push for the postseason.
