National Product Magazine plans to stage the NPM Business Show 2026 in Lilongwe, with a year-end gala attached to it. Organisers pitch the event as a marketplace that pulls the country's industries, manufacturers, suppliers, private companies, government bodies and consumers into one venue. Details came out at a press conference in the capital, where NPM managing director and media specialist Steven Chinyamula spoke about the plan. Chinyamula said the objective is to create meaningful connections between the different players in the economy. A marketplace format gives smaller manufacturers a direct road to buyers and procurement officers. The year-end gala adds a celebratory close to the business programme.
