The 83rd meeting of the Council of Heads of Customs Services of CIS member states opened in Brest, Belarus, on September 23 and continued into September 24, 2026. Customs chiefs from the Eurasian Economic Union held their own sessions in the same city over those two days. The gatherings bring together the region's customs leadership to coordinate cross-border enforcement and shared procedures.
