Filling stations across Ukraine pushed prices up sharply in September, and almost no fuel type was spared. The biggest moves came in A-95+ petrol as well as the high-octane A-98 and A-100 grades. Drivers pulling up to the pump now face noticeably bigger bills than they did a month ago.
