Iranian media are carrying claims that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu planned a hijacking of a flydubai flight as a false flag operation. In the alleged scenario, an aircraft from the United Arab Emirates would be seized and used to drag the United States into the conflict, with the operation timed before elections. Republika, an Indonesian outlet reporting from Istanbul, picked up the story and the allegations remain unverified.
