A trail in a Manitoba park is welcoming visitors again after a round of safety upgrades. The reopening follows a drowning in which two boys were swept off the path into fast-moving rapids and lost their lives. The work went in before authorities cleared the route for the public, with the changes meant to lower the odds of a similar accident happening again.
