The commission tasked with fighting fraud has sent public procurement cases involving the SNS to the Public Prosecutor's Office. Since it started operating, the commission has processed complaints filed by email as well as reports submitted by public bodies. The referrals now put hiring practices inside the national health service under judicial review.
