US indexes closed the week higher even though job creation came in well below forecasts. The weak hiring figures cooled expectations of a Fed rate rise and brought relief to the bond market, where yields slipped. The Nasdaq 100 finished at a record high, and the other main indexes also ended the day up.
Os principais índices norte-americanos fecharam a última sessão da semana com subidas, marcadas principalmente pelo alívio nos juros da dívida e pelo arrefecimento das apostas numa subida das taxas de juro da Fed, depois de a criação de emprego ter ficado bastante abaixo das previsões.
