The Panevėžys Regional Court of Appeal rejected an appeal filed by Eimantas Kaleckas. The court upheld a one-year prison sentence for the man. He was convicted of defrauding someone out of 850 euros. The money was obtained through deceptive offers for firewood and other services.
Apeliacinės instancijos Panevėžio apygardos teismas atmetė Eimanto Kalecko skundą, vyrui palikdamas galioti realią vienų metų laisvės atėmimo bausmę išviliojus 850 eurų už malkas ir apgaulingas paslaugas.
