The Ministry of Education and Sports has started the process, through a ministerial decision, to give full scholarships to children of people who died or went missing in the devastating flood of 10 Bhadra. The scholarships are meant to cover higher education, according to the announcement. In the first phase, 27 students will receive the scholarship.
