The defense for Armylaw OÜ employee Yanika Butkevichyus, company head Andrei Vesterinen and the company itself appealed the Harju County Court verdict of September 2. Prosecutors also filed appeals against the first-instance ruling. All sides in the Vesterinen criminal case are now challenging the court’s decision.
