A procedure has set the minimum basic daily wage for workers at 1,450 rupees. When the employer’s 10 percent contribution and the government’s 10 percent contribution to the Social Security Fund are added, a worker receiving the lowest daily wage gets benefits equivalent to at least 1,740 rupees. Workers engaged in public procurement are also to be affiliated with the Social Security Fund.
कार्यविधिले श्रमिकको न्यूनतम आधारभूत दैनिक पारिश्रमिक १ हजार ४५० रुपैयाँ तोकेको छ । यसमा सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोषमा रोजगारदाताको १० प्रतिशत र सरकारको १० प्रतिशत योगदान जोड्दा सबैभन्दा कम दैनिक ज्याला पाउने श्रमिकले कम्तीमा १ हजार ७४० रुपैयाँ बराबरको सुविधा पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।
