Authorities in Aydın have made progress in the investigation into the disappearance of Elife Doğrul. The case, which has remained open for 23 years, gained new attention after being featured on a television program. Söke Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı is leading the legal proceedings. Seven individuals have been taken into custody as part of the current inquiry.
