Sichuan Roads and Bridges Group will develop the Mzima II water pipeline. The project is valued at 389 million dollars and spans 220 kilometers. It will provide water to Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, and Taita Taveta. The developer will operate under a 30-year BOT concession.
