Shkolla “25 Maji” në Tuz: Avokati i Popullit nuk gjeti diskriminim ndaj profesoreshës, por konstatoi shkelje nga drejtimi
A history teacher at the May 25th School in Tuz filed a complaint alleging national and religious discrimination during the 2024/2025 school year. The People's Advocate found no evidence of discrimination. However, the investigation revealed several failures by the school administration. The administration did not form a commission to handle the complaint. Evaluation documentation was found to be incomplete. Additionally, no disciplinary action was taken following a verbal attack against the teacher.
Profesoresha e historisë ishte ankuar për diskriminim kombëtar e fetar gjatë vitit shkollor 2024/2025; orët iu caktuan sipas normës, por drejtimi nuk formoi komision për ankesën, dokumentacioni i vlerësimit ishte i paplotë dhe një sulm verbal ndaj saj mbeti pa masë disiplinore.
