Armenia * The Armenian and Latvian foreign ministries have signed a protocol between the two governments on the implementation of the agreement between Armenia and the EU on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation. Additionally, during Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan’s visit to Latvia, he and Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže agreed to ‘develop more targeted and results-oriented cooperation in energy, resilience to hybrid threats, digital transformation, advanced technolo
