دراسة تكشف تفاوتات التعاون الدولي في برامج التنمية الجهوية بالمغرب
A recent study shows Moroccan regions get very different results from their international partnerships. Ties with foreign organizations and institutions can bring funding and know-how to local development projects. But their presence in regional development programs is uneven, the study found. Some agreements are attached to concrete projects while others stay at the level of broad statements, with little detail on how they would be executed or funded.
