Supreme Court of Appeal upholds Western Cape education reforms - WCED

The Supreme Court of Appeal has upheld provisions of the Western Cape’s education amendment law, rejecting challenges by Equal Education and Sadtu over school governance, donor-funded schools, intervention facilities and the provincial schools evaluation authority.
