Czech police launched a 24-hour exercise on Wednesday along the entire border with Slovakia. The drill tests whether the force is ready to reintroduce checks at the state border if the order comes. Officers are practicing along the full length of the frontier. It is a rehearsal for a step Prague has taken before and has not ruled out taking again.
