Karangahape Road in Auckland is set to become a three-day art zone from September 18 to 20, 2026. Karangahape Art Weekend packs in live performances, sound art and moving image screenings. Visitors can also join artist talks, guided tours and workshops throughout the programme. For one weekend, one of the city's best-known streets doubles as a stage and a gallery.
