The NGO PRAWA has handed starter packs to a group of community offenders in Lagos State. The kits are meant to give each recipient a way to earn a living and make a return to crime less tempting. The organisation frames the exercise as part of its wider effort to reintegrate offenders into their communities rather than leave them stranded.
