Ongoing administrative issues have delayed the Papua New Guinea Rugby Union's Annual General Meeting, holding back the required governance steps needed for Oceania Rugby to uplift the union's suspension.</p> <p class="wp-block-paragraph">The two-day tournament will take place on Saturday, 31 October and Sunday, 1 November.
