African and Exotic Plants Take Center Stage at Szeged Botanical Garden
The University of Szeged's botanical garden is devoting a Saturday event to African and exotic plants. Visitors can explore carnivorous species alongside crops such as jute, loofah, sesame, indigo, okra, cassava, cotton, sugarcane and tea hibiscus. Organisers told MTI that many of these unfamiliar plants turn up regularly in everyday processed products.
