Mukhito defends Chisale over threat to whip opposition supporters
Homeland Security Minister Peter Mukhito has defended his deputy, Norman Chisale, over threats allegedly made against opposition supporters. Chisale stands accused of saying he would whip members of the UTM Party. Mukhito, who doubles as secretary general of the ruling Democratic Progressive Party, said the remarks should be judged in their full context.
