Azerbaijan and Türkiye have signed a memorandum of understanding on diaspora policy. The agreement pairs the State Committee for Diaspora Affairs in Baku with the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, a body under Türkiye's Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
