Video footage shows a train dragging a trapped passenger along a platform for several metres. The man slipped on the stairs and his leg slid into the narrow gap between the platform edge and the carriage. He could not pull himself free before the train began to move. The clip has drawn shock online and raised questions about why the train was allowed to set off.
