A visit to Karabakh and East Zangezur by the diplomatic corps has come to an end. Envoys travelled through the two Azerbaijani regions during the programme. Both areas returned to Baku's control after the 2020 war and have since absorbed large rebuilding budgets. Officials presented the tour as a chance for foreign diplomats to see the reconstruction with their own eyes.
