Fouzi Lekjaa, a member of the Party of Authenticity and Modernity's political bureau and the minister-delegate in charge of the budget, laid out the party's economic and social platform ahead of Morocco's September 23 elections at a presentation in Agadir on Saturday. The program, promoted under the party's banner, runs from 2026 through 2031. It carries a total price tag of 350 billion dirhams over five years, which works out to about 70 billion dirhams a year. Lekjaa argued the plan can be financed without weighing on the pockets of ordinary Moroccans.
