Maximiliano Cafiero, a 29-year-old aerobatic pilot, was detained in San Nicolás as part of a Buenos Aires province investigation that began nearly a year ago. He is accused of leading a drug trafficking gang, and police seized narcotics, luxury cars and a light aircraft in the operation. One of the vehicles, a Mercedes-Benz, was fitted with police sirens and light bars. Five other people were arrested alongside him. His own motto, 'the only impossible thing is what you don't try', now reads grimly against the charges.
