Oman deal will not mean reopening of Hormuz: Araghchi

TEHRAN, Sep. 13 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says an understanding expected to be reached with Oman does not mean the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
