Windhoek electricity tariffs go up 3.6%
Windhoek residents will pay more for electricity starting Wednesday. The city council approved an average 3.6% tariff hike for the 2026/27 financial year. For every N$100, customers now get about 37.6 units. The increase follows a similar rise last August.
