Mongolia's government has finished negotiations with the investors behind the Oyu Tolgoi project and signed an amendment to the shareholders' agreement. Under the revised terms, the project's costs will be cut and the benefits flowing to the Mongolian side will grow. Both sides have also agreed that Mongolia will start receiving dividends next year.
