Global panel to hear Cambodia, Thailand sea dispute in Singapore

Phnom Penh initiated a United Nations-backed conciliation process at the Permanent Court of Arbitration after Bangkok pulled out of a 2001 agreement to work towards joint offshore energy exploitation in the Gulf of Thailand.
