Awards should go only to deserving, Sadyr Japarov says

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov called for strict adherence to the principle that state awards should be given only to people who truly deserve them. He made the remarks at a ceremony honoring citizens who have contributed to the development of Kyrgyzstan.
