A $25 million loan to Alfa Oil LLC, issued to curb fuel and lubricant prices, proved ineffective. Accounts Chamber auditor Alimzhan Baigazakov said at a meeting of the Zhogorku Kenesh Committee on Agrarian Policy, Water Resources, Subsoil Use, Ecology and Environmental Protection.
