Regional * Georgian citizen Giorgi Uznadze has been handed over to Tbilisi-controlled territory after serving a six-month prison sentence in South Ossetia. Uznadze was originally detained on 17 March for crossing into South Ossetia while intoxicated. * Yesterday, during the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev would have protected the rights of the Armenian population in Nagorno-
