Thailand's Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation has issued an alert for 76 provinces and Bangkok. The notice covers 15 to 20 September and warns of flash floods, rapid runoff, mudslides, standing water and strong waves. Authorities in the named provinces have been told to keep watch on conditions throughout the period.
