The Supreme Court has clarified that anyone unhappy with clips from its proceedings circulating online can move to have them removed. The position comes after the court barred uploads of court footage to social media unless approval had come from the Supreme Court or High Courts. Parties aggrieved by material already out there now have a route to seek its deletion.
