A court in Al Ain has rejected a claim by a foreign employee demanding 100,000 dirhams in compensation from her company's owner. She said she was pressured into signing what is known as a 'guarantee receipt' and wanted money for it. The Al Ain Civil, Commercial and Administrative Court threw the case out, ending the dispute in the owner's favour.
