Nigeria's anti-graft agency, the ICPC, has begun a sensitisation campaign aimed at staff of higher institutions in Borno and Yobe states. The programme takes the commission's message against corruption directly into campuses across the two states. Its goal is to teach workers in the tertiary education sector about the risks and consequences of corrupt conduct.
