Kokstad mayor urges child safety

Greater Kokstad Mayor Lwanda Madikizela has urged parents to take greater responsibility for their children’s safety as police investigate missing children and a recent spate of killings of women in the town. Police have also confirmed two separate R50 000 rewards linked to the cases of Lathitha Mtolo and Banele Mshubi.
