It's another wet afternoon in Singapore, with heavy rain expected over many areas on Tuesday (Sept 22) afternoon.The Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) said in an advisory at 1.05pm that moderate to heavy thundery showers are expected over many areas of Singapore between 1.30pm to 3pm.Checks of MSS' weather radar show rainclouds over the north-western, central, southern and eastern parts of Singapore.As at 1.45pm, Singapore's national water agency PUB has not issued any flood risk alerts.In its fortnightly weather forecast issued on Sept 16, NEA had said localised short-duration thundery showers are expected between the late morning and afternoon over most parts of the island on most days.Meanwhile, Singapore's 24-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) at 1pm ranged from 61 to 81, in the moderate range.One-hour PM2.5 is in the normal band for all regions.[[nid:745727 editor@asiaone.com
